ok this is really easy all you need to do is have a maxed theif skill (doesn't matter which one) and go to the oat dungeon B1.
Go to cords 139,59 and unlock the door, then go down and unlock the next door than go south west and unlock that door.
Apparently you don't need unlock door maxed, (Klien said something about lvl 32(?) not sure) but if its lower, then u must have keys. I opened them with 1 platinum and 2 master keys. (dont really know what lvl the doors are).
Once u go through the 2 doors ull have to open the last door to talk to theif master.
And thats all u have to do. Then just touch the torch and boom ur out, but be careful not to touch the torches when u are trying to get to him.
Reward: theif master lvl 1 ( all theif skills +1 for every maxed skill)
